ORGANIZATIONS WORKED WITH
IMMERSIVE THEATRE
Jada debuted her original Immersive production "The Luminarians" in April, 2024. Created for The Keith and Catherine Stein Luminary, audience members were introduced to the space's unique technology through an interactive Sci-Fi adventure led by live performers. Jada served as Director, Co-Writer, and Experience Designer, among other roles.

Film
Jada was a co-writer on the feature film The Chinese Tourist (2022), which has been screened at the LA Women in Film Festival, the Chinese American Film Festival, and Northwest Film Forum's Local Sightings Festival. Jada also served as an editor on this film.Jada's experience as an editor spans several projects from Boise State University's Film Department, including their latest NTVI production Out (2024), where she held the role of Edit Supervisor during the film's final edit process.
Theatre
As part of her toolbox, Jada draws on her experience of writing and performing for theatre. In 2022, she debuted her first original ten-minute play Subject Line: Earth as part of TMA Microfest, a playwriting festival from the Theatre Makers Association in Boise, Idaho.Jada has also engaged in Devised Theatre training, where she had the opportunity to co-write and perform in US: An Original Devised Performance (2023), which was staged in situ on the banks of the Boise River.

Content Creation
Jada's skillsets can be applied in multiple ways, one of which being content creation. She has taken on the role of Social Media Manager for several accounts where she applied her various skills towards generating uniquely creative branded content. These accounts include: @karenknowstravel on TikTok, AdMan Paints on Facebook, and @asbsuintlrep on Instagram. She has also worked as part of the Content Creation team for @boisestatetfcw on Instagram.

About Me
Born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, I grew up surrounded by my country's pervasive storytelling culture. From Folklore stories to traditional Mas, to Calypso and Kaiso, even to the unspoken structure of Trini ole' talk, this rich tapestry fueled my curiosity. It ultimately inspired me to pursue a BFA in Narrative Arts from Boise State University, where I would graduate
summa cum laude.Audiences have been trained to listen to the story being told to them, but I believe in taking people out of their comfort zones. I believe in the audience being encouraged to participate in and even shape the story before them.
